Welcome to Help Me Grow's Online Developmental Screening
Your child's first five years are an important time for learning, growth, and development. Help Me Grow is here to support you by offering free developmental and social-emotional screenings to help you better understand your child's strengths and identify any areas where additional support may be helpful.
We offer two screenings:
Ages & Stages Questionnaires: (ASQ-3), to help you keep track of your child's development. The questionnaire includes questions about your child's communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal social skills.
Ages & Stages Questionnaires: (ASQ:SE-2) to help you keep track of your child's social and emotional development. The questionnaire includes questions about your child's ability to calm down, take direction and follow rules, communicate, perform daily activities (e.g., eating, sleeping), act independently, demonstrate feelings, and interact with others
